This play room is air conditioned and heated but the garage doors are screened in to enjoy the cool mountain evenings while watching your favorite movie! There is a double pull out couch, a single pull out couch, and a twin day bed with a twin trundle (both with memory foam mattresses) - additional sleeping for 5! Or turn on the outdoor lights and enjoy some S'mores and drinks by the backyard firepit - all on the privacy of 2.5 acres. Although quiet and secluded, the house is walking distance to downtown Fayetteville. Or bring your mountain bike and leave from the house directly to the town park and miles of mountain bike trails! Parking is very easy with a long private driveway with space for multiple cars. Since that first trip here with our family, we found ourselves coming back again and again to try even more activities. Currently, our kids (all teenagers now!!) are in love with rafting, rock climbing and mountain biking in and around the New River Gorge. The adults like to also throw in a little hiking and scenery as well! At a certain point, we knew that having our own place here would be an amazing way to continue our adventuring.
