Lake home is located at the end of the road on Island View Court. Private setting with plenty of room for parking. The lot will accommodate several vehicles and a boat trailer. 1 pet allowed. Permission can be requested from host to bring a second pet, depending on the circumstances. The newly built wrap-around porch and deck are fenced in with access through gates on both sides of the house, however the steps down to the dock do not have a gate. Do not leave your pet unattended in the house, always take pet with you when leaving. Please monitor and clean up after your pet so we can keep allowing them to stay with our guests at Lilac Lodge. Any property damage by your pet or otherwise will will result in unreturned security deposit. Thank you! Same day response for questions 6:00am -6:00pm for questions. Neighborhood is quiet with mostly full-time lake-front homeowners, on a dead end road. Buffer on both side lots without homes. Lake home is located at mile marker 4 on the Little Niangua Arm of Lake of the Ozarks. This area enjoys more peacefulness with less boat traffic. By boat, you have access to the entire lake, with several lake restaurants and bars within minutes. By land, Island View Court is located off Highway 7, Lake Road 7-3 (Velvet Antler Rd). Several restaurants, gas stations, and the towns of Camdenton, Sunrise Beach, and Laurie are within 15 minutes drive time. Garbage: Two large trash cans are located outside the main door of the house. During your stay please put all food trash, perishables, etc., in bags in the outside cans. At checkout, please consolidate all trash in the 2 large outside cans. Any trash from your stay that does not fit in the cans, please haul away with you. The closest public dumpster is located at the Philip’s 66 in Greenview, about 5 minutes from the lake house. They have multiple dumpsters and charge $3 - $5 per bag. Lilac Lodge does not have trash pickup onsite, so this requirement is appreciated by the housekeeper and host. For guests that leave more trash than what fits in the two outside cans, the security deposit will be enforced. Exceptions may be made for guests that stay for a week or more. Thank you!
