One room has a Queen size bed with a great rustic desk for any work you may have to do. The second room has a bunk bed with a bottom Double, top Twin, and rollaway trundle bed. Plus there is a recliner chair and a 35” HDTV making it a cozy nook for all ages. The main living area has a comfortable couch, loveseat and rocking chair, with a 55” HDTV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook a meal. The bathroom is newly remodeled and everyone loves the shower. The space is perfect for 1 or 2 couples, friends or small families. The Wifi in all the units was recently upgraded and works great for gaming, streaming or making calls. There are also some board games and puzzles for everyone’s enjoyment, as you nestle in for the night. (Note: The unit below us has a similar layout and is connected via the downstairs foyer. It is also rentable, if you have a large group and need additional space! It is also available on AirBnB under the title "Cozy Riverfront Condo 4 miles from ski lifts.”) In addition to all the amenities at the ski valley, you can also easily get to the village of Arroyo Seco. It’s a convenient and fun spot to pick up a few groceries, grab a coffee, meander through some local shops, or enjoy a meal. Plus, the town of Taos is about 20 minutes away, with local art, live music, classic bars, eclectic restaurants, and a rich and tapestried history. Our family loves to get up here to the mountains every chance we can. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do. Guests have access to entire condo. Property manager lives 25 minutes away. Located 5 minutes from Taos Ski Valley and 8 minutes from the town of Arroyo Seco with lots of wilderness in between! The river runs in front of the property and you can easily hike in the national forest. A car with good snow tires is highly recommended for the winter months. You may not be able to get to the property if there is a storm without them as it is a mountain environment. There is no public transportation in the vicinity.
