The suite features a private entrance, sleeps up to 6, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and more. A staircase leads down to a beautiful valley and river beach. Enjoy water recreation such as fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a great location for walleye season and a fisherman's dream! You will stay close to popular local attractions such as Side Cut Metropark, Fallen Timbers Mall, Historic Fort Meigs, shopping, restaurants, and more! Our suite is completely new and the view is absolutely gorgeous!! It's a great place to stay for water recreation, sightseeing, out-of-town visits, or just getting away from it all! The suite features reserved guest parking, a private entrance door, and a completely separate living space. The suite accommodates up to 6 guests and features a formal bedroom with a luxury queen mattress. The formal bedroom also includes a privacy divider and a full pull-out sofa bed. The living room/additional sleeping area features a comfy queen memory foam sofa bed. The guest's favorite game room features a Pac-Man arcade game, foosball table, gumball machine, and dart board. The living room has a 65" OLED TV. The suite features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, full bathroom (fully stocked), stackable washer/dryer, 2 electric fireplaces, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, board games, and so much more! Take the staircase (33 steps) down to the gorgeous valley and hang out at the fire pit, hammock, and beach area. Enjoy water recreation such as fishing, kayaking (not supplied), swimming, etc. This is truly a special place, one you'll love and remember, and an absolute fisherman's dream! You will stay in a large suite with reserved guest parking, private entrance door, completely separate living space, and private access to the river. (Please be aware that there is a 33 step staircase leading down to the valley/river beach). We respect your privacy but want to be good hosts. You may travel by vehicle or a bike ride to nearby towns or various bike paths. We are located between the City of Maumee to the East and the City of Waterville to the West. Both are historical cities and feature unique attributes. In 2021, our Metropark system was voted #1 in the nation! For active people, you'll stay close to the various local Metroparks and interconnecting bike paths. We are also nestled in between several unique small towns. Waterville, Maumee, Whitehouse, and Perrysburg all offer different/unique attractions and shops. Make sure to check them out!
