Little Blue Lake Front Cabin on has been totally redone from head to toe. Equipped with a private 2 well dock that is perfect for fishing, and a boat ramp that is exclusive to this property for launching a boat or jet ski. Close to the lake's most notable restaurants and attractions, this home is perfect for a relaxing family vacation or a long weekend away. Situated in a fish camp on the shores of Lake of the Ozarks, this lake front neighborhood was established in the 1950s and 60s there is nostalgia all around. The fishing is wonderful and the wildlife is abundant. Sit on your private lake front deck and watch the deer as the sun sets of an evening. Or, drink your coffee outside while the lake wakes up every morning. This home is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. A full movie collection and a library of books set the stage for a wonderful time of rest while visiting us. This home is located about 15 minutes from town. It is rural and quiet. It sits in a deep water cove that is an ideal place to swim in the summer, even in the busiest of weekends. We provide kayaks for your use. While the cabin does sit by itself, there are homes across the cove, too. Close to HaHa Tonka and Old Kinderhook (about 10-15 minutes from your door by car). By boat we are not too far from Captain Ron’s, Larry’s On the Lake, The Fish and Company, Bear Bottoms, and the Nauti Fish. The cabin is located down a private lane that used to be an old resort. It is private and sits at the very end of the lane. We say, if you feel that you might be lost you are almost there. It is in a beautiful rural setting that is only about 15 minutes to the city center of Camdenton. Located in an area perfect for long nature walks, or just a quick drive (5 minutes) to two of the Lake of the Ozarks' premier golf courses, this home is the best of lake and land locations. Haha Tonka is only about 10 minutes away, as well as some of the lake's best waterfront restaurants! We are only 15 minutes to the city center of Camdenton. If you don't have a boat, we can help! We can help arrange a boat rental that will stay in your dock for your entire stay if you wish! If you are bringing your own water craft, the 2 well dock on property will be the perfect place to keep you boat or jet-ski only a few steps from the front door of this cozy cabin. Kayaks are offered at no additional cost to our guests. A serene cove is the perfect place to explore and get out on the water! Cove protection with deep water make this home perfect for launching and storing your boat in the quiet waters situated in front of this enchanted retreat. Each bedroom and the living room has a TV. There is also WiFi and Direct TV. We also offer an extensive movie collection that includes kids movies and the classics alike. We can help you launch your boat or arrange a rental to be delivered right to your dock. We live nearby. If you need anything you can call or text any time. This house sits privately right on the water's edge. There are houses near by, but none directly next to you on either side. There is a gravel lane about 1/4 mile long. Good parking at the house. There is also a garage up the hill where you can park your boat trailer. When you arrive you will find a book of favorites outlined by the owners that give tips and directions and websites of things to do and see while visiting. The owners will also help arrange a boat rental for the day, or an entire week. We will provide starters on toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing detergent. (3 bags, a couple of dishwashing pods, 1 roll of paper towels). You will need to bring the rest for your stay and anything that is not mentioned. Please bring septic safe TP, and liquid detergents. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer in the house for your use. We do not provide detergent or fabric softener. There is a gravel lane to the cabin. It is completely navigable by car, but you just have to be aware that in a car you will need to take it slow as there are low clearance spots in the road. Our space is best suited for 6 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults and 4 children and such. It is 1000 square feet, but laid out well. However, not large enough for large groups. The sectional sofa in the living room sleeps two.
