Poppy Grove is a great quiet neighborhood where you can walk around to get some fresh air: walking towards the North side, there are a few lakes, play grounds for kids, and nice view. Do not smoke inside the house and in the premise. If pieces of cigarettes, vapor, drugs or any other Tabac devices, are found in the house trash or anywhere around the house, there will be an additional fee of $500.
