Located on the second-floor, the room is large with a dedicated spot for yoga practice, super comfortable full size bed, it's own living room including a loveseat that opens into a single bed, desk, and windows with view of bluffs. This room controls it's own heat and air conditioning and is perfect for one guest all the way up to 5 or 6, depending on ages. Share kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, and patio with other guests, family members, and friends. Guests can access any space they would like to access including secluded backyard and fire pit! Available 24/7 :) We have an intimate view of Grandad Bluff, especially being that it is right outside our front door. We are in one of the best neighborhoods: safe, clean, and close to downtown. We have a small backyard/garden area with comfortable seating, a fire pit, hammock. We also have a garden that you can harvest from, and on-site chickens for their eggs. I live here and all guests (4 guest rooms total) share the kitchen, bathrooms, dining & living rooms, back patio/garden & laundry. When the pandemic began, we added iWave technology, a whole house air purification system, same air cleaning approach as nature and kills viruses (i.e. Covid-19, SARS), mold, bacteria, pathogens, controls odors, and reduces particles in the air.
