Beautiful Coral Ridge is located on the northeast end of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. Sleeps up to 8. We have two additional condos next door if you need more room for large gatherings. Community amenities include a clubhouse spacious enough for large gatherings, two outdoor swimming pools that are heated year round, 2 hot tubs, equipped fitness center, putting green, fishing pond, and children’s playground. Minutes from all of the major attractions and parks. Our condo has all new furnishings and appliances and sparkling clean. We have a washer and dryer and laundry soap. You will enjoy the master on the main floor and the two additional bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms. We have two living rooms and all of the TV's are smart tvs. We also have family games and books to take to the pool. We have a pack and play, high chair, and a stroller. We also have a couple of life jackets for the two outdoor heated pools. There is a large clubhouse for family get togethers. We send you a personal keycode for the front door. We are not always in town but are available by phone throughout your stay. The home is a quiet resort neighborhood. We are located minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek and 45 min from Zion. There is no parking for RVs, trailers or boats at Coral Ridge and our pools require swim diapers. The closest parking for RV's and trailers is at Block Storage, and they can be reached by calling 435-414-9989. It is only about a mile away from the property, and you need to mention that you are staying with Coral Ridge to get the special pricing of $10/day. There is parking in our one car garage and extra parking spots across the street. We provide everything you need for your stay. We have towels and beach towels for the pool. We also have extra toiletries and a blowdryer. Groceries can be purchased at two nearby Walmarts.
