The upstairs contains a large kitchen and island with seating for 8, a cozy loft as an office space, a bar, living room, full bath, washer and dryer and a small bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs has 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds, a wet bar with a mini fridge, a full size bathroom. Our master bedroom which is the 4th bedroom of the house has a walk in dressing area, master bathroom and a queen size bed. All rooms are equipped with televisions and the capability for streaming. Close to the Nostalgia, Carson's and Dock Browns restaurants. About 15 mins from Saratoga track and less than 1/2 a mile from Browns Beach. A 15 min walk to the lake. We are also within 15 mins of the Saratoga/Albany raceway and the Matla Drive-in theater.
