The front room can be used as a dual purpose room. It is set up like a second living room that opens up to the main living room, but can also be used as a bedroom. It has a daybed that pulls out into a king sized bed and also has a single pull out trundle bed that is capable of rolling into a different room. The main living room has a fold out twin sized futon couch for extra sleeping space. All sleeping spaces do have semi-blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, silverware and more. Off of the kitchen is a small laundry room with ironing board if needed. Along with all of those amenities is the large front porch with porch swing and a lovely seating area. You will have access to the whole main floor of the house, the front porch, side yard, and back yard. There is an air mattress available in the back bedroom closet for extra sleeping space. There is also a pack n' play in the back bedroom closet of needed. Parking: There is parking available on the street, it is first come first serve, but it is not usually busy unless there is a church service going on across the street.
