There are 2 selfie walls, one with a unique flowered light display inside and a green vibrant flower wall downstairs. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the breeze, or hang out on the back porch and enjoy the view. Located close to restaurants, casinos, shopping, and the beach! This home is picture-perfect! This home is located in a quiet residential area. It is 3 mi from Beach View & Island View Casino, walking distance to the beach (about a block away) and Coastal Daiquiri as well as other Downtown restaurants and shops. Don’t forget the Christmas Light display in Downtown Long Beach and the well known Gulfport Harbor lights! >The home: As you enter the home, you'll notice a nice open floor plan. The kitchen has lots of counter space with 4 bar stools for extra seating. The dinning room table sits 4. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, love seat, and a chair. Enjoy a night in watching a movie with the 65" TV with streaming apps and surround sound. Youtube TV is provided. A Bluetooth speaker is also available for guest to use at the beach or downstairs on the patio. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, large dresser, and full length mirror. The master bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and dresser. The guest bathroom has one vanity and shower/tub combo. All 3 bedrooms have a sound machine. >Outside: The front porch has 4 rocking chairs for relaxing, and the back porch has a 2-person bistro set and 2 extra chairs, perfect watching the sunset over the beach. Downstairs, there is an outdoor sofa with 2 oversized chairs for watching the outdoor TV with a sound bar. There is a 2-person bistro set in front of the flowered selfie wall, and 2 chair swings for relaxing and enjoying the beach views. > Good to Know: In Mississippi, near water-insects (mosquitos, palmetto bugs, love bugs, swarming termites, and many more) wasp, bees, lizards, frogs, and geckos are a very common thing. We have the house professionally treated for insect pests, but please keep doors/windows closed, so they don't venture inside for a visit. >Hurricanes: Please note- hurricane season is from June 1- November 30. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are "foreseeable"; therefore, the host's cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guest to purchase insurance with weather related protection either through Airbnb or otherwise to protect your investment in case of unexepected changes in plans. Purchasing insurance is always encouraged, but it is especially important for reservations between the above dates. >Camera disclosure: Our property is monitored by several outdoor security cameras, as described and disclosed in the listing. They monitor and record noise and motion. Requesting to book indicates consent to this security feature, and agreement not to tamper with the cameras. They are located at the front door (doorbell camera), facing driveway, and downstairs facing patio area that is open. Guest have private access to the entire property except for the locked owner's closet inside the master bedroom and the garage. Check in is a breeze with the self-check-in process with a personalized code and keypad at the front door. Enjoy free Wi-Fi with guest access for internet use and streaming services. Youtube TV is provided. We hope you enjoy your stay here at Coastal Paradize! Guest may message through the Airbnb app. The home is the end unit of a 4 unit town home complex. It is located a few blocks from downtown Long Beach, where you will find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and easy access to the beach. The complex does not have any children currently living there; however some may be visiting neighbors. Guest can get around by walking, driving, or renting a golf cart from a local shop. The beach is about a block away, and is also within walking distance. Signed rental agreement required within 24 hours of booking!! Due to city ordinance, there is a max of 6 people allowed in the unit and only 3 cars can be parked in the driveway. Street parking is NOT allowed. The chair swings allow up to 300 lbs as per their instructions. There are no black out curtains. We have plantation shutters that light can shine through slightly, even when closed. Outdoor security cameras are in use. One is facing the driveway, one is near the front door as a doorbell, and the 3rd is facing the downstairs back patio. Please be mindful of our cancellation policy-we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you in case of anything unexpected that might impact your trip.
