The English Setter Inn
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Over 5,000 square feet. Three levels. Three full baths. Two kitchens! Huge covered front porch. 7 bed rooms. Beautiful house in historic downtown Frankfort. Located right next to the singing bridge and within walking distance of great food and our state capitol building! Our home was built in 1875 and has a great, unique charm. Brick construction with huge rooms and two kitchens :) two large dining areas and three full baths (one on each floor) two rooms have sectional couches with the library boasting a 75” for hanging out and watching a good movie or two :) 1 king, 3 queens and 3 bunk beds (two twin over twin and one twin over full). Large front porch with a stainless propane grill and sitting area. Perfect for large groups doing the bourbon trail or horse races or for having a lot of room to yourself to relax! Enjoy and thanks for booking with us! God bless! The whole house is available except for the attic or the crawl space/basement. These off-limits are just for utilities and roof access anyways so guests still get to enjoy the full square footage :) Available for questions any time call or text thanks! :) This house is located right next to “the singing bridge” which gives you walking access to lots of local Frankfort niche restaurants! You can also take a nice stroll to the Capitol building a few blocks away. There is a police station a block up and a fire department right next to it. Feel free to call me any time for advice on places to eat or anything else :) Behind the house is a multi-car carport. You can also park in front of the house (please try not to park in front of neighbors house) the driveway is shared with a local business so please don’t bleach that path :) also there is a parking lot across the street that usually has a few places available. There is a small parking lot at end of street as well that also usually has available parking. Let me know if you have questions! Thanks :) Frankfort’s historical “Singing bridge” is roughly 50 yards away from the property! You can walk over this access point to get to a large number of local, niche eateries:). Also a couple blocks up is our state Capitol building. This is a great place for photos!
