In this location you get it all! Close by boat to several restaurants, Haha Tonka state park and Bridal cave. Close boat ride to several restaurants and only 15-20 min to town. There's a convenience store 8 minutes away or 2 minutes by boat for missed items. The house is a mid century updated single story home with smart lock keyless entry for check in ease. One open concept living room with large sliding doors to the lake and a fireplace for cozy spring and fall evenings (wood not provided.) Entire house is carpet free. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom is large with en-suite bathroom, sitting area, tv and sliding doors to outside. The entire property very quiet and private. Located on a point with unobstructed views and 220 feet of waterfront access. Also available is a kayak, tandem kayak and a paddle board. Some Life jackets may be available but not responsible for correct sizing and fit. If water safety/floatation device is an issue please bring your own. The driveway is steep and can only fit 3 cars maximum at the bottom. There’s space at top of driveway for parking. (At times 2 if jet skis are in garage) Please no smoking! Everything except the boathouse I'm available by phone, I don't live close by but have someone close for emergencies Quiet lakeside neighborhood, close to many bars and restaurants by boat. 3 min by boat to Rainbow Marina and Resort for a great selection of frozen drinks to go. It’s the kind of lovely neighborhood where your neighbors swim or boat over! Boat or car! Smart tv only, please remember to log out! There is a propane bbq but i can’t be responsible for propane since i live too far! Refill available 8 minutes away. Please be understanding of this! Must be 25 to book please. Not baby proofed. Keurig and regular coffee maker with coffee for both types provided as well as basic spices, oil etc. No diving off left side of dock!
